- You will manage and optimize financial results, focusing on project gross profit, cash flow, and financing instruments with professional care.
- Monitor, control, and report on project costs, assets, liabilities, and cash flow across multiple projects, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Identify deviations, manage risks and opportunities, and propose corrective measures to keep projects on track.
- Prepare and oversee project forecasts, ensuring timely billing in accordance with customer contracts and regulations.
- Provide essential commercial and financial reports for project reviews, highlighting deviations and recommending actionable plans.
- You hold a Bachelor’s, Master’s degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- You have some experience in commercial project management, ideally with a certification as a Commercial Project Manager.
- Proficiency in Office 365 and SAP is essential, and fluency in English is required; German is a plus.
- Your analytical thinking and out-of-the-box problem-solving skills enable you to thrive under pressure and manage diverse tasks effectively.
- You possess strong communication, networking, and negotiation skills, allowing you to engage successfully with various collaborators.
