As a Commercial Project Controller, you will evaluate and lead the commercial aspects of budgetary and firm offers while ensuring compliance with polish law and internal guidelines. You will collaborate with various teams to meet client requirements, engage in negotiations, and maintain positive relationships with Polish customers to secure order intake and revenue recognition.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Evaluate the commercial aspects of budgetary and firm offers while analyzing tender requirements in Polish.
• Collaborate closely with the Technical Sales and Bid Management Team to meet client and tender requirements.
• Lead all commercial aspects of customer requirements, ensuring compliance with polish law and internal guidelines.
• Analyze offers and contracts for compliance with polish tax and accounting law.
• Participate in meetings and negotiations with clients at their offices, conducting discussions in Polish.
• Maintain ongoing contact with polish customers and work closely with sales and project management teams.
• Engage in the bidding process under polish public procurement law and negotiate customer terms and conditions.
• Leverage knowledge of polish customers and their payment behavior to meet client needs.
• Coordinate all commercial activities within the sales and proposal process with various teams.
• Ensure timely preparation of bids and maintain relationships with stakeholders to secure order intake and revenue recognition.

What You Bring

• BA/BS or Master’s degree in business, accounting, or finance.
• Solid understanding of financial controlling and management accounting, with proficiency in Excel and ERP systems, particularly SAP.
• Relevant experience in commercial sales and project handling, along with knowledge of contractual law and customer negotiations.
• Highly developed analytical skills, strong commercial approach, and critical thinking abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for conveying complex information clearly and concisely.
• Competence in working collaboratively within project teams, demonstrating flexibility in an international environment.
• Solid knowledge of local tax, accounting, and commercial law, including polish public procurement law and the polish energy market.
• Fluency in English, with proficiency in Polish required.
• Ability to thrive in complex and changing environments while effectively leading multiple priorities.
