A Snapshot of Your Day
Your day is spent working closely with the Business Areas in RNA, LATAM and Canada (Gas Services, Grid Technologies, Transformation of Industry and Wind Power) working to support customers and key stakeholders in their exploration and discussions related to product and program development for topics directly related to Innovation and the Fields of Action. You are working together with the Co-Creation and Network Teams in Innovation helping to guide them through productive discussions with our partners to help identify projects that help support them and Siemens Energy in the Energy Transition.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Develop and drive co-creation sessions and business models to support Business areas and customers
- Work collaboratively with all business areas to ensure Innovation topics are supported
- Coordinate with Networks / Government Funding / IP teams as external funding proposals are written
- Leverage our Partnerships with Industry and Universities
What You Bring
- Exceptional communication skills (preferably dual-language ability Spanish and English)
- Highly motivated self-starter, entrepreneurial approach
- Demonstrated success in delivering impact in support of customers and Siemens Energy
- Sales experience/Project Management/MBA a plus

Through our Generation division, we enhance and innovate conventional and renewable power supply. Currently, we're reducing carbon emissions of existing assets and developing technologies that transform power generation applications.
