Join Siemens Energy as a global Chief of Staff and serve as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to the leadership of the Grid Technologies - Digital Grid organization. In this role you will work closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to align priorities, facilitate decision-making, and drive high-impact outcomes ensuring the successful execution of key initiatives!

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Collaborate with global leadership to develop and implement strategic plans, ensuring alignment with company goals and industry trends.
  • Actively develop and drive critical initiatives and projects
  • Address a wide range of strategic and operational issues while taking responsibility for own special projects.
  • Be responsible for and track progress on key projects / initiatives, ensuring milestones and deadlines are met while maintaining high-quality deliverables.
  • Act as a liaison between leadership and teams, ensuring clear communication, alignment, and visibility across the organization.
  • Collect and leverage data analytics and insights to inform strategic decisions and measure the impact of initiatives.
  • Provide direct support to senior leadership by preparing presentations, briefing materials, and reports for internal and external audiences.
  • Develop a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability within Digital Grid.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, technology, or a related field. Advanced degree (e.g., MBA, MS) is preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in energy, technology, or related industries, with a strong background in strategy, operations, or project management.
  • Knowledge of grid technologies, digital transformation, and energy systems preferred.
  • Ambition to develop into larger roles/responsibilities in 2+ years with an interest in an intermediate development step to sharpen strategic and leadership skills.
  • Proven track record to manage complex projects and drive measurable outcomes.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build trust at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Experience working in fast-paced, dynamic environments with competing priorities.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Copilot).
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken) for confident communication with our national and international interfaces; proficiency in an additional language is a plus.
  • Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States without need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization. Siemens Energy employees with current visa sponsorship may be eligible for internal transfers.
