A Snapshot of Your Days

We are looking for an experienced developer/modeler for Camos CPQ, Tacton CPQ or Epicor CPQ to join our team. In this position you will be responsible for developing, modelling and customizing CPQ solutions for our customers. You should have in-depth knowledge of programming and configuring CPQ systems as well as experience integrating CPQ platforms into existing corporate systems. his role requires a deep understanding of CPQ processes, system configuration, customization, and integration with other business systems. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to translate business requirements into effective CPQ solutions.

How You’ll Make an Impact / Responsibilities

  • Lead the implementation and customization of the CPQ system to meet business needs.
  • Supporting the team in optimizing business processes
  • Configure product catalogues, pricing rules, discount structures, approval workflows, andquote templates.
  • Develop custom features, scripts, and extensions within the CPQ platform to enhancefunctionality.
  • Integrate CPQ with CRM (Customer Relationship Management), ERP (Enterprise ResourcePlanning), and other business systems.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness ofthe sales quoting process.
  • Create and maintain detailed documentation of CPQ configurations, customizations, andintegrations.
  • Conception, development, and modelling of tailor-made CPQ solutions
  • Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and develop appropriate solutions
  • Integration of CPQ platforms into existing corporate systems
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to the CPQ system.
  • Work closely with sales, IT, and other departments to ensure the CPQ system aligns with business objectives and requirements.

What You Bring / Skills, Capabilities

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in CPQ implementation and management.
  • Sound knowledge of programming and configuration of CPQ systems
  • Experience with Camos CPQ, Tacton CPQ or Epicor CPQ an advantage
  • Proficiency in configuring and customizing CPQ systems.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes, pricing models, and quoting.
  • Experience with CPQ systems, especially Tacton and Camos CPQ, is a plus.
  • Knowledge of programming languages and scripting (e.g., Java, and C++, .net etc)
  • Familiarity with integration tools and techniques (e.g., APIs, middleware).
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • CPQ certification (Preferred)
