An Artificial Intelligence Lead in Bid Management plays a crucial role in integrating AI technologies into the bid management process, enhancing efficiency, accuracy, and competitiveness.

You will play a pivotal role in transforming the bidding process through innovative AI solutions, ultimately driving business success

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Develop and implement an AI strategy tailored to bid management processes. Find opportunities for AI integration to improve bid quality, speed, and success rates.
  • Collaborate with collaborators to identify and prioritize AI use cases within the bid management lifecycle. Conduct feasibility studies and impact assessments for proposed AI initiatives.
  • Own the onboarding process for AI tools and technologies, ensuring alignment with existing systems and workflows. Be responsible for the implementation of AI solutions, including data integration, model training, and deployment.
  • Ensure the availability, quality, and integrity of data used for AI applications. Establish data governance frameworks to handle data privacy, security, and compliance.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, finance, and IT, to ensure alignment on AI initiatives. Communicate AI project goals, progress, and outcomes to collaborators at all levels.
  • Oversee the development and optimization of AI models for bid analysis, pricing strategies, and competitor analysis. Ensure continuous improvement of AI models through iterative testing and feedback loops.
  • Establish key performance indicators (critical metrics) to measure the efficiency of AI initiatives in bid management. Regularly report on AI project outcomes, insights, and recommendations for further enhancements.

  • Strong background in artificial intelligence, machine learning, and data analytics.
  • Experience in bid management or related fields.
  • Excellent project management and leadership skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with data governance and compliance standards.
