A Snapshot of Your Day
As an AI Platform Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and operating enterprise-grade cloud and platform infrastructure across AWS, Azure, and GCP. Your day will involve enabling AI and ML workloads, strengthening DevOps automation, and ensuring reliable, secure, and compliant operations for mission-critical applications. You will collaborate closely with engineering, product, and security teams to deliver scalable cloud platforms, support AI infrastructure needs, and continuously improve operational excellence through automation, observability, and governance.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Architect, design, and manage scalable, secure, and cost-efficient infrastructure across AWS, Azure, and GCP.
- Build, automate, and optimize CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) workflows, and cloud-native deployments.
- Manage Kubernetes environments including Amazon EKS, Azure AKS, and Google GKE, covering governance, RBAC, networking, and autoscaling.
- Perform infrastructure troubleshooting across compute, networking, storage, security, and platform layers.
- Implement organization-wide DevOps practices, including observability and monitoring solutions using Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK stacks.
- Design, deploy, and manage GPU-based and AI/ML infrastructure, including centralized Model Control Platforms (MCP) and model-serving platforms.
- Ensure adherence to IT compliance standards, security policies, AI governance frameworks, and audit requirements.
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and security teams to deliver reliable, resilient, and scalable cloud services.
- Document cloud architectures, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and process workflows.
- Mentor and guide teams on cloud engineering, platform operations, and DevOps best practices.
What You Bring
- 5–8 years of professional experience in cloud infrastructure, platform engineering, and DevOps roles.
- Proven expertise in multi-cloud architecture and platform scaling across AWS, Azure, and GCP.
- Strong hands-on experience with cloud services including compute, storage, IAM, networking, serverless, and managed services across AWS, Azure, and GCP.
- Deep experience with DevOps and automation tools such as Terraform, GitHub, GitLab, Azure DevOps, Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, and GitOps practices.
- Proficiency in scripting and programming languages including Python, Bash, PowerShell, and YAML.
- Hands-on experience managing platforms such as EKS, AKS, GKE, and implementing automated deployment pipelines.
- Experience with observability platforms and monitoring stacks.
- Strong understanding of security compliance, AI governance, risk assessments, and operational controls.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and communicate effectively in a complex enterprise environment.
