A Snapshot of Your Day
Administrative Functional Support provides project and documentation support to the Siemens Energy team across the region, helping align regional and domestic project demands. The role proactively assists sales and project management with required documents and ensures timely updates to databases, entry permits, and visa‑related paperwork.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Provides general administrative support to the team in a professional and organized manner.
- Coordinates internal and external training arrangements and follow‑up activities.
- Assists the commercial department with basic billing and invoicing tasks.
- Supports visa application processes and related documentation.
- Helps with pre‑mobilization arrangements and collects necessary documents after assignments.
- Maintains and updates the team member database and documentation records.
What You Bring
- Able to work calmly under pressure and maintain good attention to detail.
- Demonstrates strong organizational and administrative abilities.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications.
- Shows initiative and can work flexibly and independently with minimal supervision.
- Willing to work occasional additional hours outside normal office hours when needed.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
About the Team
Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
