Administrative Functional Support (Maternity Leave)
A Snapshot of Your Day
Join our Wind Power Onshore Operations Resource Management team as a temporary Administrative Functional Support professional! In this critical 6-month maternity cover role, you will ensure business continuity by managing essential financial and administrative processes. You will take charge of the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) Cycle Management and Invoice & Financial Administration, overseeing everything from purchase requests in Ariba to invoice processing and approval in SAP/HANA. Your expertise will be vital in maintaining stability and resolving non-routine issues, allowing you to make a significant impact on our operations.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- You will manage the end-to-end invoice lifecycle, ensuring accuracy from receipt and verification against purchase orders to submission for approval.
- You will operate the Vendor Invoice Management (VIM) workflow within SAP/HANA to process invoices, manage approvals, and resolve any exceptions that arise.
- You will perform reconciliations of accounts payable ledgers to identify and correct discrepancies, ensuring transactional accuracy.
- You will create and manage purchase requests for goods and services using the Ariba platform, tracking orders from creation to fulfillment.
- You will execute goods receipt procedures in the system to confirm the delivery of goods and services, enabling seamless invoice matching and payment.
What You Bring
- You have related experience in an accounts payable or procure-to-pay administrative role.
- You demonstrate proficiency with SAP and Ariba P2P platforms
- You possess technical skills in payment processing and data entry, ensuring efficiency in your work.
- You have working proficiency in English (Spanish will be considered as a plus)

This close-knit group is dedicated to maintaining operational excellence and ensuring that all financial processes run smoothly during this critical period.
