How You’ll Make an Impact 
  • Support the Head of HR and Global HR Business Partners on all matters of people development, e.g. succession planning, competence management, 
  • Support organizational changes by managing big volumes of data and liaise with key stakeholders and interfaces in the business units
  • Support reporting and data analysis
  • Contribute to HR concepts, workshops, etc.
  • Prepare presentations and manage calendar, travel expense etc.
What You Bring
  • Current studies in economics or psychology with focus on Human Resources (HR), preferably in an advanced semester
  • Gained first experience in an HR environment.
  • Strong Excel and Powerpoint skills and like to conceptualize ideas
  • Initial experience in project management is desirable
  • Fluent in English and willing to work in a global, flexible team with focus on topics and not hierarchies.
  • Self-starter with strong analytical, conceptual and communication skills.
  • Willing to work about 20 hours a week
