We are looking for a proactive and analytically minded Working Student to become part of our eSourcing team. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain experience in a dynamic, cross-functional team that is central to procurement activities at Siemens Energy. You will work closely with experts across various fields within our Strategic Procurement Sourcing & Contracting Department, contributing to projects that shape our global processes. Furthermore, you will acquire insights into how to apply game theory in the context of online negotiations.

How You'll Make an Impact

• Support defining, driving and implementing compliant, lean and sustainable processes supported by efficient systems and tools to drive the sourcing process electronically
• Cross functional communication and collaboration with other teams to ensure adoption and usage of online negotiation applying internal guidelines and strategy
• Team collaboration (Collecting feedback, fast-paced learning, proactive approach for support)
• Project coordination support (Overview planning, meeting invites for internal and process updates, as well as training sessions, Share Point updates and files organization)
• Stakeholder material support (Research materials, excel analyses, extracts of information, executive summaries, PowerPoint presentations)
• Cross functional communication and collaboration with other teams to ensure adoption and usage of online negotiation applying internal guidelines and strategy

What you bring

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Business, Data Science, Finance, International Relations or any other related fields
• Excellent communication skills and adaptability, good time management and organizational skills
• Very good collaboration skills; pro-active/self-initiative with analytical thinking
• Advanced English language skills to facilitate international teams collaboration (German would be a plus)
• Experience working with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint is essential, along with familiarity with SharePoint.
• Organized and dynamic team player with curiosity for procurement topics and eagerness to learn
• Cross-cultural awareness and skills, working with different geographical areas in different time zones
• Good knowledge and interest in procurement
• Availability to work from our Bucharest office 3 days per week, with 2 days remote
