Join our dynamic Towers NPI team as a Working Student and immerse yourself in the fast-paced world of new product introduction. You’ll support Project Managers in driving the development of innovative tower solutions, handling resources, and ensuring projects stay on track. Envision gaining hands-on experience with industry-leading project management tools while creating crucial documentation that keeps our projects running smoothly. How You’ll Make an Impact

• You manage project resources using Meisterplan after receiving thorough training.
• You support project management activities with Prompt, our internal tool, following your onboarding.
• You report on the status of development projects, tracking time, budget, quality, and safety.
• You create templates and documentation to support internal governance and project workflows.
• You develop office templates and documents that help the Project Manager and team stay organized.

What You Bring

• You are currently studying engineering (preferred) and eager to apply your knowledge in a real-world setting.
• You have a good level of English, enabling you to communicate optimally in our international environment.
• You are available to work full time and ready to commit to a fast-paced, collaborative team.
• You are proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable learning new digital tools.
