How You'll Make an Impact
- Responsible for administrating the personnel planning tool. Currently access data base
- Setting up the projects, add scheduling time lines and resources with the correlating data.
- In constant exchange with the stakeholders like: commercial PM, resource managers / department heads and overall management.
- Implementing changes to existing projects - as they arise.
- Transferring the data from the access data base to Primavera
- Trouble shooting the access data base in case of incidents (admin rights)
- Cooperating with the IT support for data base changes or new version roll outs
- Supporting the IT in the transition of the current data base into a new web based tool
- Responsible for new users training
Primavera (Oracle) tasks:
- Setting up and deleting projects in Oracle Primavera database according latest project Order Forecast
- Input Base calculation / time schedule from Bid calculation team to the projects
- Keeping “Archetypes” (Templates) up to date in reference with the Bid calculation team
- Keeping Ressources up to date including there assignments (recruitment, adjustment, dismissal)
- Providing Reports / Scenarios for department heads / Management on a regular basis (so called Capa Planning Rounds) or on request
- Performing Plausibility checks on a regular basis
What You Bring
- At least 3 years of experience in a Tool Owner or Tool administrator role
- Advanced level knowledge of ACCESS
- Basic level knowledge of PRIMAVERA
- Sound understanding of the process of PERSONNEL & CAPACITY PLANNING
- Knowledge of IT standards, Software Security concepts
- Advanced understanding of modern software, including hands on experience
- Construction site or project scheduling knowledge as an advantage
- Excellent communication skills
- Solution oriented mindset, analytical approach, great attention to detail
- High motivation to work independent
- Excellent organizational, time management, and prioritization skills
Language skills:
- Proficient English
- German language as advantage
Education:
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Communication Technology or required experience / qualification.

Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
