Your Profile:
•Proficient English speaking, reading and written skills
•Bachelor degree or above ,major in Chemical, Mechanical, Engineering
•3 years above with project management/PMO or Manufacturing planning
•Good communication skills, responsibility, collaboration and Team work
•Familiar with MS Project or P6
•Benefit to have: Be familiar with products (Compressor, gas turbine, steam turbine and related auxiliary system, chemical & refinery process and equipment)
Your Responsibilities:
•Development and Ownership of the overall project schedule
•Participate in Risk & Opportunity Assessments (ROA) and updates
•Support project handover; from sales to execution
•Support the scope split between locations and monitor schedule interfaces
•Participate in PACT workshops to raise & communicate schedule related risk
•Integrate input and required progress updates for the overall project schedule from all involved parties (internal and external partners, vendors, suppliers, etc)
•Responsible for Critical Path Analysis and development / recommendations of corrective actions, recovery plans, etc in support of the PM
•Maintains relationship with external partners on schedule / progress reporting related issues (i.e. EPC consortium partners where there is an integrated reporting requirement)
•Prepare the monthly progress reporting; including the review and integration of supplier progress reports
•Ownership of progress analytics tools to support the PM in understanding the project cost and schedule forecast reliability
•Support the Lessons Learned process (capture and implement)
