A snapshot of your day

You will be the point of contact and lead for complex supplier issues of a global cross functional team. This can include quality issues or supplier development issues such as capacity, yield, or technology improvements.

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Leading Root Cause Analysis and/or Risk Analysis, proactively identifying and mitigating risks, reporting to management, ensuring corrective and preventative actions are identified and completed
  • Leading includes the planning, tracking, and reporting of project milestones as well as budget and resource needs
  • Organizing Supplier development or correction meetings and presenting current state of issues while driving for clear actions to ensure issues are resolved in a fast and efficient manner

What You Bring

  • You have a bachelor’s degree or higher in mechanical, electrical, industrial engineering or a similar discipline
  • Equivalent combination of education, training, and quality experience will be considered.
  • At least 8 years preferred professional experience in a supplier quality management, procurement, quality management or technical field area
  • Project Management skills, particularly the ability to keep projects moving forward, proactively planning multiple steps ahead and escalating obstacles quickly for resolution
  • You have experience leading Supplier Development and/or facilitating projects/task
  • Forces and running virtual cross-functional teams in an international environment
  • You are a self-starter with strong initiative, determined and self-reliant
  • Your organizational, strategic, analytical thinking, leadership skills and intercultural expertise round up your profile
  • You are fluent (writing and speaking) in English, reading technical documents, communicating facts and results
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally up to 15% of time. Must have or be able to obtain a passport.
