About the Role
A Snapshot of Your Day
A typical day might look like this: checking your mails and the internal postbox and tools for requested needs. You regularly moderate meetings to exchange current inspection needs and reach out to people to understand details behind requests. You proactively respond to the requests so that the network knows that the needs are being addressed. If you can schedule the inspection in terms of time and content, you plan the inspection for an expert capacity / request capacities in the network / request 3rd parties and accompany the planning until the inspection is fixed.
You may approach buyers to clarify delivery dates, dispatchers to clarify production requirements or suppliers to find a time frame that fits into the processes. You approach inspectors and proactively coordinate availabilities. Once you have fixed an inspection, you make sure that all interested parties are informed and enter the inspection in our global planning tool.
