Siemens Energy Graduate Program – Sales Manager (f/m/d)

Whether you have just graduated or have had your first years of experience, you are our future leaders and innovators. That’s why we offer a world-class Graduate Program to help you reach your potential quickly. Learn from top-tier mentors, take advantage of training – and grow your career in any direction.

What You Can Expect
Over the course of two years, you’ll get hands-on experience, be actively integrated into the day-to-day activities of your teams, and gain a deep understanding of Siemens Energy. You'll rapidly build in-depth knowledge, discover solutions, and experience our business first-hand.

From day one, you will work on challenging projects with three individually-designed assignments, including one eight-month assignment abroad (Covid permitting).

You will be assigned a mentor and will shadow a role or position to support you in reaching your individual career goals and network with peers and business leaders. You’ll also have access to the resources to help you grow.

Your role will start in the central network sales for the power transformers world where the energy transition story starts. We manage and govern all sales activities for 12 factories across the globe. It’s expected from you to develop new and creative market strategies and business models to help our customers. Once you understand the different bits and pieces of the network you will continue the journey in one of our factories in your second assignment where you will be expected to take an active part in the manufacturing automation or engineering digitalization or load planning. In your third assignment you will move to one of the regional sales organizations around the world and use what you learned in the past 2 assignments in directly helping customers with their energy transition dilemma.
