What You Can Expect
Over the course of two years, you’ll get hands-on experience, be actively integrated into the day-to-day activities of your teams, and gain a deep understanding of Siemens Energy. You'll rapidly build in-depth knowledge, discover solutions, and experience our business first-hand.

From day one, you will work on challenging projects with three individually-designed assignments, including one eight-month assignment abroad (Covid permitting). 

You will be assigned a mentor and will shadow a role or position to support you in reaching your individual career goals and network with peers and business leaders. You’ll also have access to the resources to help you grow.

How You’ll Make an Impact
  • As part of our Graduate Program, you are on the Siemens Energy team. You’ll share our purpose in energizing society by supporting customers with transitioning to a more sustainable world and will work on real global issues, creating solutions that directly make an impact.
  • Based out of the SE office in Seoul you will manage complex and challenging Service Projects and Contracts within our Generation Division. 
  • You will build and develop excellent working relationships with Combined Cycle Power Plant Customers. The SE product portfolio includes large gas turbines, steam turbines, generators, instrumentation and controls and electrical systems. 
  • Lead a project team and work with multiple functions to ensure achievement of KPIs which include time, cost and quality targets along with customer satisfaction. 
  • Responsible for the successful outage preparation and outage execution of the maintenance programms.
  • Conduct post project reviews to ensure lessons learned and best practices are identified to improve future project performance. 
  • Project governance and risk management to ensure timely intervention as when required to meet project objectives.
  • Visit the Customer site on a regular basis to gain the trust and respect of both the Customer and our Field Service team.

What You Bring
  • Significant practical work experience up to 36 months including knowledge from internships, working student activities or employment is required. 
  • A master's degree, doctoral degree, or equivalent in a business or engineering function. 
  • Minimum of 3 months of international experience gained through studying or working is required.
  • Excellent English acumen to work in a multi-cultural environment and be flexible and mobile during the program.
  • Display a positive and can do attitude at all times along with a customer 1st mindset.
  • Excellent listening, communication and collaboration skills.
