Siemens Energy Graduate Program – Financial Analyst / Program Manager (f/m/d)

What You Can Expect

Over the course of two years, you’ll get hands-on experience, be actively integrated into the day-to-day activities of your teams, and gain a deep understanding of Siemens Energy. You'll rapidly build in-depth knowledge, discover solutions, and experience our business first-hand.

From day one, you will work on challenging projects with three individually-designed assignments, including one eight-month assignment abroad (Covid permitting). 

You will be assigned a mentor and will shadow a role or position to support you in reaching your individual career goals and network with peers and business leaders. You’ll also have access to the resources to help you grow.

What You Bring
  • Significant practical work experience up to 36 months including knowledge from internships, working student activities or employment is required. 
  • A master's degree or doctoral degree in finance.
  • Experience in the field of Finance or Controlling.
  • Ideally knowledge of Controlling instruments & processes and/or program management/project management.
  • Minimum of 3 months of international experience gained through studying or working is required.
  • Excellent English acumen to work in a multi-cultural environment and be flexible and mobile during the program.

Your Tasks
  • Overseeing the fulfillment of larger organization goals (driven by new Organizational setup).
  • Managing the main project which will be related to harmonization/standardization of financial processes (incl. Reporting) in the Controlling area, including coordination of all team members to achieve goals, delegation of tasks and implementation.
  • Drive process optimization and digitalization/automation potentials.
  • Responsibility for focusing the efforts of the project team to meet all requirement driven by the new Organisation and the Business Controlling community in a timely manner.
  • Working closely with the Manager and across Business Controlling (Headquarter and Regions) teams to plan and develop the scope, deliverables, required resources, review progress, attend/steer meetings, identidy problem areas and develop corrective actions.
