Your Profile

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent from a reputable university
  • Preferably Project Management Professional (PMP) certified or equivalent
  • At least 5 years validated experience in project management
  • Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices
  • Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle
  • Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing, strong networking, negotiating, and influencing skills.
  • Excellent command of English
  • Able to prioritize tasks and to lead workloads in an effective manner with minimal direct supervision and flexibility in balancing multiple and diverse tasks.
  • Effective problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure in time critical situations
  • Sensitive and adaptable to the needs of different religious, ethnic, tribal, and cultural groups.
  • Proven integrity and high personal standards of behaviour.
  • Experience in working in a multinational and multicultural environment, as well as proven social skills and ability to successfully engage with diverse audiences.
  • Proficient in MS Office suite

Your Responsibilities

  • Coordinating with cross-discipline team members to make sure that all parties are on track with project requirements, deadlines, and schedules.
  • Meeting with project team members to identify and resolve issues.
  • Submitting project deliverables and ensuring that they adhere to quality standards.
  • Preparing status reports by gathering, analyzing, and summarizing relevant information.
  • Establishing effective project communication plans and ensuring their execution.
  • Facilitating change requests to ensure that all parties are informed of the impacts on schedule and budget.
  • Coordinating the development of user manuals, training materials, and other documents as needed to enable successful implementation and turnover of the process or system to the clients.
  • Identifying and developing new opportunities with clients.
  • Acquiring customer acceptance of project deliverables.
  • Managing customer satisfaction within the project transition period.
  • Conducting post-project
  • Evaluation and identifying successful and unsuccessful project elements.
  • Assess in addressing the technical / commercial risks related to a tender.
  • Support the tender team in cost / scope analysis.
  • Coordination with the tender management team for cost and price calculation.
  • Preparing lesson learned document to improve the work process, operation, quality, safety and cost efficiency.
