A Snapshot of Your Day
We are seeking a Senior Process Manager to be the driving force behind optimizing Siemens Energy’s Grid Technologies Business Area’s business operations. Every day will be a blend of analyzing end-to-end processes, designing future-state workflows, and collaborating with stakeholders to implement digital solutions. The Senior Process Manager facilitates workshops, coaches process owners, enables process automation, and champions change management and governance to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and deliver value to customers.
We are targeting candidates to work at GT locations in the US (Orlando), the UK, Romania, or Hungary.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Conduct end-to-end process analysis, including value stream mapping (VSM), to identify bottlenecks and opportunities for improvement across the value chain. Use standard methodologies like BPMN to map current and future state processes.
- Design and implement standardized, digitally-enabled processes that improve efficiency, reduce costs, enhance quality, and elevate customer satisfaction.
- Lead the identification of opportunities for process digitalization and automation (e.g., RPA, workflow automation, intelligent forms) and collaborate with IT teams to implement scalable solutions.
- Manage process improvement initiatives and coach process owners on lean agile principles. Define Key Performance Indicators for processes and establish monitoring mechanisms to track performance and ensure sustained improvements.
- Develop change management strategies to enable smooth adoption of new processes by all affected.
- Create and maintain comprehensive process documentation, guidelines, and standards, ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal requirements.
What You Bring
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field
- 8 or more years of experience in end-to-end process analysis, value stream mapping (VSM), and process design using methodologies such as BPMN. Candidates with more experience can be considered for a higher level or vice-versa
- Ability to design and implement efficient, standardized, and digitally enabled workflows that drive measurable improvements
- Knowledge of process automation tools (e.g., RPA, intelligent forms) and experience collaborating with IT on digital transformation initiatives
- Experience leading process development projects, developing and leading change management strategies to ensure alignment and smooth adoption, and coaching stakeholders on lean agile principles
- Strong ability to create and maintain detailed process documentation and ensure adherence to regulatory and internal compliance standards.
