A Snapshot of Your Day

Senior Field Service Engineer reports directly to the Head of Services, working closely with the Local different department, Regional & HQ teams.

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Within the context of Electrical equipment (LV/MV/HV Switchgear and Transformer), you will be tasked to coordinate, supervise, advise on service tasks such as installation, commissioning, upgrades, and routine maintenance independently and being able to identify & resolve technical problems and makes analysis through remote or on-site activity.
  • Comfortable with digital/tech tools such as remote gear & usage of various software
  • Coordinates and accomplishes defined service operations and/or resolves product issues for customers equipment.
  • Adheres to defined processes and applicable laws.
  • Contributes to customer satisfaction by performing Service work according to customer order and expectation
  • Maintains a good relationship with both internal & external customer
  • Prepares all documents and reports to be signed by the customer representative • Solves problems equipment failure and makes recommendations
  • Applies safety rules and safe practices as well as environmental responsibilities
  • Producing technical report based on site activity.
What You Bring

  • Degree/ Advance Diploma or equivalent working experience (Electrical / Mechanical Engineering) with more than 5 years’ working experience
  • Hands-on experience & knowledge on Electrical / Transmission Products and Services (LV/MV/HV Switchgear and Transformer)
  • Have relevant technical / site experience on electrical distribution& generation equipment
  • Must be comfortable handling different technical and non-technical presentations
  • Able to communicate well within different levels of the organization, both internal and external
  • Understands that there are cultural differences and copes with them effectively
  • Ability to improvise and willingness to experience unpredictable situations
  • Positive attitude to work in challenging environment and in adopting inspiring culture
  • Professional English communication skills is a must
  • Must be mobile both locally and regionally.
