A Snapshot of Your Day

As a (Senior) Consultant you will work on strategic projects across our global business. What are those projects? It is up to us to define the business needs, initiate and execute these projects with our operational units. Every day you will work together with cross-functional teams and lead the work within 2-3 modules. Based on your analytical edge you will define solutions to complex solutions and communicate them accordingly with senior stakeholders. You will work together with talented people in a very caring team environment and find great development perspectives. This role is an ideal springboard for a global career within Siemens Energy after 2-3 years in the Business Strategy Team.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• You will manage modules and work packages of strategic projects making a real impact for Siemens Energy and the Energy Transition. As (Senior) Consultant you will manage 2-3 modules in parallel ranging from market analyses via growth initiatives to competitor analyses
• You will lead cross-functional teams in your modules and build a strong network inside Siemens Energy
• You will analyse complex problems and brainstorm creative solutions to it working together with brilliant colleagues
• You will enjoy extensive on the on the job learning and coaching by senior colleagues as well as dedicated trainings and job shadowings to further develop your skillset

What You Bring

• You have at least 2-3 years of professional experience at a top tier Strategy Consultancy up to the level of a (senior) consultant; ideally you have complemented your professional career with experience at a corporate Strategy department of a multinational company
• You bring strong analytical skills and the ability to structure & solve problems
• You have excellent communication skills proven in diverse environments
• You are eager to consistently meet and exceed objectives as well as a strong solution orientation 
• Ideally you have consulted companies in the Energy Sector which has developed your passion for the Energy business
• You are a team player and love to work in a team of highly motivated and young individuals
