A Snapshot of Your Day
As a strategic Business Partner, you will play a key role in our digital transformation by combining big-picture thinking with execution. With strong interpersonal skills, you will provide financial transparency, strategic insights, and guidance to support decision-making across multiple departments in the Business Unit Offshore.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Support accountable management in planning and calculating yearly budgets.
- You will consolidate budgets, including top-down and bottom-up plans, and proceed with revolving midterm planning, and periodic forecasts during the year
- Perform comparisons Actual vs. Plan and pursue effects of agreed measures.
- Analyze and evaluate cost structures, build, maintain and improve depending on cost accounting system
- Provide regular business reports about overall performance and recommend actions to accountable management.
- May perform evaluations of assets and liabilities and manage inventory measures on a regular term.
What You Bring
- 5+ years of experience and profound knowledge in various controlling areas and/or commercial sales and project business.
- We are looking for a highly motivated team player, who possesses good interpersonal skills and can create a collaborative working relationship with people across cultures and organizational levels. At the same time, you have excellent time management skills and strong analytical skills with an ability to focus on details.
- You are analytical, result-oriented, and passionate regarding numbers and have an eye for detail
- We are looking for a candidate with a creative mindset that strives to innovate processes and tools with a desire to take part in a digital transformation journey
- To take ownership, and you can work under pressure meeting deadlines and targets
- Profound knowledge of and enthusiasm for working in SAP are highly valued
