Your Profile

  • University Degree in Business Management, Finance, Accounting or comparable discipline from recognized accounting body is desirable
  • 5-7 Years’ experience in commercial project management, preferably in POC projects
  • Good knowledge of MS Office, SAP (Project/CO) and other relevant IT tools
  • Expert hands-on experience of modeling in XL and visualization / presentation of data in Power Point
  • Commercial project management-certification is preferrable
  • Excellent communication skills in English. Arabic is desirable.
  • Analytical thinking as well thinking out-of-the-box
  • Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing, strong networking, negotiating, and influencing skills.
  • Able to prioritize tasks and to manage workloads in an effective manner with minimal direct supervision and flexibility in managing multiple and diverse tasks.
  • Ability to handle day to day Project related issues independently.
  • Effective problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure in time critical situations
  • Sensitive and responsive to the needs of different religious, ethnic, tribal, and cultural groups.
  • Proven integrity and high personal standards of behaviour.
  • Experience in working in a multinational and multicultural environment, as well as proven interpersonal skills and ability to successfully engage with diverse audiences.

Your Responsibilities

  • Hands-on attitude for successful execution the full scope of financial and commercial activities in accordance with Siemens Energy Project Excellence standards and Financial Reporting Guidelines
  • Ability to handle and manage multiple projects other transactional business.
  • Managing, monitoring and optimizing targeted financial results with due professional care (e.g., project gross profit, cash flow, assets and financing instruments)
  • Monitoring, controlling and reporting of Project costs, assets, liabilities and cashflow for multiple projects.
  • Identifying, and signaling deviations, managing risks and opportunities, proposing corrective measures
  • Preparation, handling and monitoring of Projects forecasts and reflect them in the respective tools jointly with project team.
  • Issuance and timely submission of Project billing as specified in customer contract and regulations.
  • Providing information and commercial/financial reports necessary for project review, indicating deviations, recommending, and accompanying the action plans to be implemented
  • Contribution to the monthly, quarterly, and annual closing process.
  • Prepare documents monthly Project Review Meetings, assigned action items and monitor the progress.
  • Prepare and keep auditable documentation for Project.
  • Proactively identification of Risks and taking necessary measures to mitigate these identified risks.
  • Managing foreign currency risk in the projects in line with hedging/currency guidelines
  • Managing PG methods in major projects.
  • Manage stakeholder’s requirements (customer, subcontractors, internal management and other team members etc…)
  • Ensures proper handling of petty cash.
  • Working as Finance Business Partner for PM and other business partners.
  • Managing and reporting of multiple Projects in Project Dash or any other applicable tool.
