A Snapshot of Your Day

As a Sales coordinator your day will consist of working with a variation of different topics. For example, you might receive requests from customers on an additional spare part for a coming repair work on their gas turbine. To provide the most efficient solution for the customer's needs, you will work with your colleagues across the region to discuss the requirements and the delivery options. You will also be responsible for working closely with client managers to support them with offers and contract in upcoming projects.

In addition, you will also support and collaborate in different projects together with other functions within Siemens Energy.


How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Offering and selling of spare parts.
  • Coordinating spare parts and tools deliveries, transports, ordering workshop services etc.
  • Project invoicing keeping foundations for invoicing in order.
  • Supporting field staff to ensure local laws and regulations are followed.
  • Assisting in customer meetings and contract setup when Finnish language is required.
  • Build up and maintain internal network within other stakeholders like technical competence centers, legal, procurement and finance.
  • Maintain customer and vendor data in CRM and SAP systems. Supporting measured customer satisfaction targets.


What you bring

  • Bachelor’s degree ideally in Business, Marketing or Mechanical engineering.
  • 2+ years of experience in International Sales/Marketing, Order Management, Logistics, Project Management or other technical fields.
  • Proficient in English and Finnish is required. Swedish and German languages are a plus
  • As a person you are collaborative with great interpersonal skills that easily connects and build partnerships with others, both internally and externally.
  • Motivated by providing the highest level of customer service by building a customer centric approach in your day-to-day activity.
  • Experience of Salesforce and/or SAP is a plus


About the Team

The Nordic Sales Distributed team is organized within the Gas Services Europe & Africa Regional Service Unit. The core purpose of this team is to provide customized service solutions for gas turbines, compressors and heat pumps to our Oil & Gas, Industrial and Power Generation customers. We are covering the Nordic Countries out of five locations; Bergen, Oslo, Finspång, Esbo and Vilnius. We are now looking for a Finnish speaking Sales Coordinator who will support client facing sales on primarily the Finnish and Swedish market.

Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
