Your Profile:
•Bachelor degree and above.Major in mechanical/electrical/Material engineering or comparable
•Several years professional experience as quality engineer or transformer material and components tech. etc.
•Working experience in quality/technical related functions in the businesses of Energy / Transmission or related industries Experience working in a global environment.
•Auditor in acc. to ISO9001, Siemens Energy Code of Conduct, and other relevant norms. However, training will be provided, if necessary.
•Familiarity with root cause analysis and other quality & risk management methodologies and tools such as 8D,5W2H.
•Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English, Additional language skills are beneficial
•Willingness to travel ~10-15%, but also experience in remote working (i.e. remote audits)

Your Responsibilities:
Ensures and improves the supplier quality in the assigned area of dedicated business (products and services). Implements SQM requirements regarding preventive actions, technical specifications and qualification of suppliers. Act as SQM contact in cross functional teams.
•Supports standardized supplier qualification process according to corporate guidelines (Ready for business)
•Applies preventive quality methods aimed at risk minimization. Designs, maintains, and improves specific Quality requirements, specification and concepts based on supplier categorization.
•Qualifies and approves suppliers, in cooperation with purchasing, and plans and executes Supplier Audits including follow up of audit measures.
•Coordinates product/service qualifications and approvals based on specific requirements / specification (Ready to order).
•Collaborates in the creation of technical specifications
•Creates and negotiates Quality Assurance agreements and monitors implementation in supplier processes.
•Drives performance and continuous improvement management and collaborates in supplier development programs.
•Implements complaints managements to detect and analyze non-conformance and communicates with supplier.
•Supports sustainable problem solving.
