Your Profile:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in the areas of Information technology, computer science, software engineering etc.
  • Master’s Degree and/or MBA is preferred
  • Min. 8 years in IT area for IT business partner, account management and IT governance
  • Strong skills of collaboration and communication across different Teams, Departments, business divisions etc. esp. with business representatives and executives
  • IT leadership role of a team of min. 4 employees in IT operations is a plus
  • Strong customer focus orientation with influence on customer decisions
  • Extensive knowledge of Company IT policies, procedures, technical standards and IT Service portfolio and deliver management are preferred
  • Min. 4 years’ working experience in IT project implementation and management, project management qualification certificate
  • SAP EPR project implementation experience is preferred
  • Basic financial and cyber security related legal knowledge and familiar with China local legal/regulation environment
  • Fluent in English communication

Your Responsibilities:

  • Act as IT Partner for specific business divisions, supporting functions and proactively provide business and IT liaisons as an interface and major communication channel to the business aligned with the defined communication concept/contents and specific requirement
  • IT Demand management, provide business/management consulting and business process engineering/reengineering to SE internal customers
  • Provide inputs to ensure IT strategy is aligned with the business needs and in support of Business Strategy
  • Global/local IT Project management, act as owner of business required specific IT projects, in charge of business-organizational aspects of an IT project and accountable for the lifecycle
  • Manage and specify business information (Cost calculation, Budget, Forecast, Actuals and Consumptions) for IT services and projects, set up cost transparency for responsible IT portfolio and services, in liaison with global portfolio and financial teams, IT service owner, local Service owners, IT management and Business Administration team
  • Understand, measure, drive, and report customer satisfaction from the key stakeholders’ perspective.
  • Steer all the services from all service deliverers according to the contract and its schedules, especially SLAs, toward achieving the intended business results. Thereby optimize operations and minimize service delivery costs
  • Manage a matrix of local and global service deliverers. Formulate, agree, and maintain an appropriate services structure for the engagement
  • Define the technology strategy, direction, and architecture for the engagement and to select the service deliverers and partnerships
  • Define the operational policies, standards, and rules of the engagement
