A Snapshot of Your Day

The role of the M&A Analyst is a collaborative role and, in this position, he/she works closely with senior M&A management on all prospecting activities. He/ she also works collaboratively with this senior management in identifying merger and acquisition targets within the business’s market. The M&A Analyst also participates in systems & strategy implementation projects alongside senior M&A management.

The M&A Analyst additionally works with internal and external technology teams in defining associated systems / business processes necessary to facilitate the merger or acquisition projects at hand. He/ she also maintains close contact with various internal teams in the business in order to guarantee the smooth running of the execution process. Document policies, procedures, and workflow for assigned areas of responsibility, Perform financial modeling and analysis on M&A targets.

  • Contribute to the strategic IT IN M&A planning activities
  • Management and delivery of projects
  • Budget and specification management
  • Project planning
  • Update stakeholders & Monitor overall projects and M&A processes on a weekly basis
  • Coordinate IT IN M&A planning activities based on blueprint technical requirements

What You Bring 

  • Candidates must demonstrate knowledge of working in IT area and M&A project related activities (+ 5 years)
  • Be familiar with fundamental companies’ acquisition strategies and be knowledgeable on the T&T , M&A globally
  • Operational IT IN expertise and capabilities
  • Detailed oriented
  • Communication skills ; proficiency in the use of Ms Word, Ms Excel, PowerPoint, Visio
  • Analytical mind, motivation & interpretation skills
  • Interpersonal skills
