A snapshot of your day

You will be responsible for the administration of EQS (EHS, Quality and Security) regulations, as well as the maintenance and development of several different SharePoints - making sure that people are able to find what they need in a user. You will also maintain the internal Teams Channel and the shared Drives. If anyone has questions related to Document Management within our department - you are the central contact person.

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Administration of EQS regulations
  • Transfer of regulations to Process House and further tools (BIC database, PM Impact)
  • Administration of TRIP: Transmission Regulation and Information Point
  • Administration and set up of redirect links for important documents and webpages
  • Development and maintenance of SharePoints
  • Maintenance of Teams Channel and shared Drives

What You Bring

  • English (fluent) and German (nice to have)
  • MS-Office 365 (excellent knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint, SharePoint)
  • Basic knowledge of programming logic, any programming languages would be a plus.
  • Knowledge of Databases and their structure
  • Openness, ability to communicate
  • Ability to integrate into a large organization, as well as its processes and workflows
  • Willingness to help and support

Within our project organization we drive the energy transition by managing, engineering and constructing big electricity infrastructure projects.

We work on customized solutions for power plants, whether it is the most efficient conventional power generation, industrial application for process steam or heat generation, hybrid solutions including renewable energy and their integration or making big steps toward decarbonation with hydrogen producing plants or environmentally friendly power generation on ships and barges. Further we are EPC contractor for high voltage converter stations -whether it is onshore or offshore- for transmission highways, high voltage substations and other grid technology projects to make electricity supply fit for future.
