Description
A snapshot of your day: Coordinator for Transfer Pricing / Tax consulting
actively drives the implementing of a close cooperation between all involved stakeholders in the field of transfer pricing and NCM coordination, on one hand with SE Tax department project monitoring and reporting for Division Generation, supported by Project DAsh as the leading PM tool for project planning and reporting.
How You'll Make an Impact:
* Support Corporate Tax departments and the Finance Management with the implementation and compliance of the Siemens Energy Transfer Pricing policy.
* Ensure availability of support, coordinate know-how exchange, prepare the requests for modifications in the respective guideline, detect the need for trainings and advertise it internally.
* Implement a close collaboration between all involved stakeholders of that task, on the one hand side with Corporate Tax departments (governance owner) and on the other hand side with Sales and Project Management departments (operative manager for considering those rules in project scope and contracts).
* Secure transfer pricing documentation as per given rules and drive digitalization opportunities to streamline this proces
* Drive alignment with Corporate Tax Departments to clarify country or process specific questions
* Prepare documentation and support clarifications for tax audits in close cooperation with Corporate Tax Department
* Conduct international transfer pricing projects
* Manage contracts and agreements regarding transfer pricing
* Interact with Accounting & Controlling, Legal, Tax and Customs as well as Regional Management.
What you bring:
* University degree in the field of Business Administration, Economics, Finance / Accounting / Tax or similar, combined with professional working experience
* Deep experience in the field of transfer pricing and tax consulting for international projects
* English fluent spoken and written, German skills helpful
* Communication skills for management presentations
* Team building capabilities for heterogenous teams
* Personal strength in reaching business results, collaborating & influencing, intercultural sensitivity, team development and value orientation
* Experience in customer relationship and change management
