A Snapshot of Your Day 
As a Regional Sales Manager (f/m/d) you will be responsible to manage the sales channels within a defined geographic area. On a typical day you will oversee and coordinate day-to-day operations of the sales teams/agents with the goal in order to expand the market and the customer base. 

How You’ll Make an Impact
  • Identify objectives, strategies, and action plans to improve short and long-term order intake and profit
  • Develop and improve the Sales network within the Nordics territories for Instrument Transformers and Coils products
  • Develop and growth our sustainable products portfolio
  • Manage Sales channel incl. RC Sales and Agents
  • Gather, analyze and share relevant knowledge (customer buying behavior, industry, market, competitor and portfolio information) to drive business development
  • Proactively and systematically prospect the market aiming to generate new leads and opportunities
  • Plan, organize and participate in conferences and trade shows
  • Perform forecasting, reporting and win-loss analysis

What You Bring
  • A minimum of 3 years of technical Sales experience and front-end Sales combined with a Master or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial engineering
  • Fluent English required. Written and oral communication skills to successfully interact with customers, management and the team
  • German, Danish, Norwegian, Swedish or Finnish languages are a plus
  • Self-motivation combined with excellent organizational skills
  • Good relationship and negotiation skills
  • Customer-driven
  • Flexibility, creativity and open minded view
  • Good Knowledge of High Voltage Products and related markets

Travel requirement

  • Ability to travel as required (up to 50% of the time)
