Our PRM Portfolio Management Group is responsible for the R&D investment decisions that execute Gas Services and Product Strategies. To ensure optimal results, we are seeking a motivated individual with experience in R&D program execution to join our team. In this new position as the Head of R&D Execution Excellence for the GS Portfolio, you will play a significant role in ensuring that Gas Services R&D investments are efficiently performed and yield solutions that drive the Gas Services growth and competitiveness for Siemens Energy.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Be involved in the execution of the R&D Portfolio to ensure optimal results.
• Develop and monitor Key Performance Indicators to track progress and efficiency of the R&D programs and the overall investments.
• Support R&D execution improvements across the GS organization.
• Network and collaborate with various departments within the GS organization.
• Work with other Business Areas (TI, WP, and FOA’s) to share lessons learned and implement best practices.

What you bring

• Proven experience in portfolio management and R&D program execution.
• Strong skills in developing KPIs and identifying problem areas.
• Ability to support and drive R&D execution improvements.
• Excellent networking and collaboration skills.
• Experience working with global organizations.
• Ability to analyze data and implement improvements optimally.

About the Team

Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
