- Assess various software/tools/technologies and evaluate their suitability for the GT PR training organization (like AI, AR, VR)
- Support local training organizations globally with the implementation of new training-related tools (e.g. LMS, competence management, AI, AR, VR tooling)
- Serve as the interface to IT Team (Digital Core) and the Global Learning and Development Team to align on usage of software
- Specify, develop and implement small IT tools, e.g. tools to track competencies and training related critical metrics / KPIs
- If required, develop small tools when no suitable global solution is available (with existing technology e.g. Mendix, SharePoint, PowerBI
- Master's degree in engineering, information technology, industrial engineering, or related field
- High level of enthusiasm and interest in IT and new digital technologies
- Several years of professional experience in an industrial environment
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with stakeholders globally
- Strong analytical skills and a high level of drive with a passion for contributing to the growth of the business
- Fluent English skills and preferably a second language (German or Spanish)
