A Snapshot of Your Day

You daily tasks would include to work on the implementation of projects, HR programs and initiatives. You would be responsible of talent program coordination and to maintain the employee database correctness.  

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Create and organize competency development plan and trainings according company strategy and business needs
  • Carrier path and talent program coordination
  • Ensure correct employee-data maintenance in all relevant systems
  • Work with external agencies and partners
  • Maintain and further develop retention programs
  • Lead and contribute to the implementation of projects, HR programs and initiatives

What You Bring 

  • Good understanding of the local territory and the local labor market
  • HR experience with industrial background
  • Knowledge of government regulations relating to labor practices, benefits, compensation and HR policies
  • Fast and precise work ethic
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to review, analyze and present data to prepare and support business decisions

About the Team

Small group that has history of working together but are always very open to new people in the business. The team is willing to help and support each other as well as protect one another from any issues.
