A Snapshot of Your Day

We develop solutions that encourage and enable employees to grow and will redefine the employee experience across Siemens Energy globally. You will act as a trusted partner to the business, with a positive relationship with field HR team. You will provide and enable Talent Management and learning solutions by using global and regional portfolios to meet business needs. You will roll out these solutions on the ground with compelling communication and enablement strategies, as successful implementation requires organizational change and influencing strategies and skills.

Also you will provide an aggregation point for the voice of the business allowing rapid change to products and tools as we roll them out.

The Learning & Organizational Development Consultants within the PAG (People Attraction and Growth) team are located globally and to drive the enablement of our team member (TM) strategies in each region.
Drive & deliver TM tools and programs
Act as strategic advisor and partner to HRBPs on talent management agenda
Support strategic TM roll-outs in line with HR plans
Provide feedback from regions/divisions on needs
Encouraging a learning culture in the organization by promoting self-driven content to employees
You will be core in translating the reality of the different parts of the company to the TM product owners and working with them to create change and our solutions marketing campaigns.

What You Bring

The foundation of your career is a successfully completed university degree (bachelors or masters) in a business or HR-related field and further training in the field of Talent and Leadership Development, Coaching, Learning.
You have held roles within Talent Management, Organizational Development, Learning that have focused on the implementation of TM products and Organizational Change at a global or regional level
As this role works closely with all COE and HRBP you must have worked with various different HR functions, such as Global HR Business Partner, Regional Talent and Leadership development to ensure a well-rounded understanding of all partners’ needs in a global matrix set-up
You are able to build partnership relationships and provide customer-centric solutions
You are familiar with coordinating global projects and driving global initiative and have a proven track record in concept designing and implementation on a global scale
You are driven by enabling others with your expertise to generate change and you have an empathetic approach and can coach and empower others
You can balance big picture thinking with detailed implementation of initiative and you are a clear communicator and able to facilitate and work with different personalities, cultures and levels of experience
To work with your colleagues all over the world you are sensitive to different cultures, willing to work across time zones and you are open to travel you must have worked in roles with global scope
You are willing to work in a global, agile team set-up with focus on topics and not hierarchies
You can fluently communicate in both English and Chinese
