How You’ll Make an Impact

 

  1. Develop and execute the NU sales strategy: Drive the formulation and implementation of a comprehensive sales strategy for Controls and Digitalization in Greenfield Energy Sector. This includes identifying target markets, defining sales objectives, and establishing effective sales processes to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
  2. NU market analysis: Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities within the Greenfield sector. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adapt strategies accordingly.
  3. Client relationship management: Build and nurture strong relationships with key clients, including Greenfield project developers, utilities, and other relevant stakeholders. Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, negotiate contracts, and proactively address any issues or concerns.
  4. Team leadership and development: Provide strong leadership to the sales team, fostering a high-performance culture and ensuring individual and collective sales targets are met. Develop and mentor team members, providing guidance and support to enhance their skills and capabilities.
  5. Sales forecasting and reporting: Track sales performance, prepare accurate sales forecasts, and generate regular reports for senior management.
  6. Collaborative approach: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, and marketing, to ensure alignment and seamless execution of sales initiatives. Collaborate on product development, pricing strategies, and marketing campaigns to optimize revenue generation.
  7. Industry thought leadership: Establish yourself as a trusted industry expert in Controls and Digitalization for NU projects. Represent Siemens Energy at conferences, industry events, and customer meetings, leveraging your expertise to position our company as the preferred solution provider.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical / Energy systems or associated fields.
  • Knowledge of Siemens Energy T3000 Control System is preferred
  •  (15+ years direct experience) in the energy, Utilities, Oil & Gas, chemical or petrochemicals industry within a consulting or engineering environment in Middleast or Globally
  • Deep understanding of the EPC market landscape, including regulatory frameworks, industry trends, and customer needs in a transitioning energy Sector
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse sales team.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Technical aptitude and familiarity with digitalization solutions, automation systems, and energy control technologies.
  • Fluent in English and Arabic (spoken and written)

 

  • Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States without need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization.
  • Able to travel 70% of the time mainly within Middleast region , Europe and USA

 

Gas Services

Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
