Your key responsibilities encompass reporting and tracking engine delivery requirements rooted in supply chain commitments, alongside comprehending, clarifying, and coordinating numerous product change requests, all while ensuring alignment with our strategic roadmap.
The landscape of turbine blades and vanes supply chain is intricate and ever-evolving. You will lead product cost- and variance-reduction initiatives in collaboration with partners in New-App and Service to maintain competitiveness in the market. Your contributions are pivotal in assessing business performance and facilitating informed decision-making daily.

How You’ll Make an Impact:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all new product introductions and qualifications, navigating manufacturing and design changes and setting clear priorities.
- Lead product cost-out initiatives across the Blade & Vane supply chain, driving efficiency and competitiveness.
- Collaborate closely with GS Product Management and NewApp/Service engineering to craft the roadmap for 9HL turbine blades and vanes, focusing on material master complexity reduction.
- Provide support in resolving technical issues alongside design and manufacturing engineering teams.
- Represent the Blade & Vane division in design reviews and global sourcing board meetings, ensuring manufacturability, cost-effectiveness, and adherence to the product roadmap.
- Drive innovation in manufacturing processes and technologies, contributing to the development of the technology roadmap.
What You Bring:
- A technical engineering degree or equivalent.
- 5+ years' experience in product owner/project manager role in a manufacturing space.
- Specific expertise in turbine blades and vanes manufacturing technologies and supplier qualifications.
- Proven experience in leading product variance and cost reduction projects.
- Strong project management skills with a track record of successfully leading virtual multi-functional teams in an international setting.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills, enabling effective interaction with internal and external partners.
- Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States without the need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization. Current Siemens Energy employees may be eligible for internal transfers.

Gas Services
Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
