A Snapshot of Your Day

The Sales Support Professional will work independently in advanced areas of work to assist LTP and O&M Project Management and Siemens Energy regional entities with inquires and purchase orders (internal & external). The ideal candidate will display a high level of critical thinking while bringing successful resolution to high-impact, complex, multi-functional problems!


How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Provide pre- and post-sales support and coordinating activities related to quotations, ordering, logistics, production/manufacturing related to products/Spare Parts, repair services, and solutions processed via SAP PD2.
  • International Order Management focuses on administering internal & external customer PO’s primarily from RLA customers in Argentina. Order Manager will primarily work with Components/Spare Parts for Gas Turbines, Steam Turbines, Generators and Balance of Plant (Aux).
  • Attend to RFQ and be responsible for total order oversight in collaboration with the various back-office support groups including Supply Management, Engineering, Materials Managements, Parts configuration management, FAST logistics center and external service providers (FF) and customers.
  • Support Siemens Energy RLA Central sales and regional offices, including Siemens Energy Argentina.
  • Solid understanding of business, financial, and operational processes required.
  • Familiarization with SAP integrated capabilities and SAP PD2 modules; Sales & Distribution, Purchasing, Inventory Management, and Finance.
  • Familiarization with export compliance and Freight Forwarders processes in order to meet customer’s requirements.
  • Interface with factory and Product/Marketing groups to resolve complex configurations and technical changes,
  • Flexible, solution oriented, and able to effectively prioritize workload.
  • Manage financial risks and impacts associated with quote and order activities when resolving international logistics requirements (delivery incoterms, import/export compliance, duty minimizing programs, banking documents, etc.)
  • Solid understanding of international transportation and logistics requirements and processes.


What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or similar field. 8 years of experience in international Sales/Marketing, Order Management, Logistics, Project Management or other technical field.
  • Fluent in both English and Spanish, required. Familiarity with Argentina customs import, and export regulations.
  • Proven knowledge of SAP PD2.
  • Proficient in business, financial, and operational processes. Solid understanding of engineering drawings and other technical documents. Effective communication and organizational skills. Expert in contract language, supply chain processes and SE repair processes.

Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
