Your profile

  • Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in IT or Computer Science, business administration, or equal, ideally with experience in IT project management.
  • 6-8 years of total working experience in a similar role, including
  • Planning, coordinating and managing IT projects on web-based technologies (Java, .Net etc.)
  • Ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and completeness of all project processes and documentation, management reports, and project status reports
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills within a global environment
  • Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations; Good organizational skills.
  • Clear, logical, and effective verbal/written communication skills
  • High responsiveness and keen perception.
  • Organized, ability to work independent and within a team to achieve given objectives
  • Working with International teams in a similar role a must
  • PMP certification is preferred.
  • Service Management / ITIL is an added advantage.

Your responsibilities

  • Knowledge, Communication and management
  • Understand business needs, requirements analysis, evaluate alternatives, determine resolutions, and recommend actions. Define and suggest the technical scope of the project. 
  • Analyze, plan, and develop requirements and standards for projects.
  • Assist in evaluating and advising on the right tool / solution for implementation.
  • Manage IT projects (application development / operations) including cost, schedule, resources, risks and stakeholders
  • Ensure project timelines and milestones are met.
  • Provide regular and up-to-date status reports to stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with multiple SPoCs to understand the related topics / requirements and design a strategy / roadmap for the same
  • Develop, foster and maintain highly effective customer interaction
