Your profile

  • You should be having 4-6 years of experience in software development and configurations.
  • With at least 2 years of experience in Clarizen or Service Now implementation, development, and configuration to solve business challenges by optimizing the user experience with automation and a streamlined user experience in the solution
  • Should have bachelor’s or master’s degree in Engineering with Computer Science/IT or equivalent.
  • Should have advanced knowledge of technology stacks and components like JavaScript, HTML and CSS.
  • Good to have experience in implementation of PPM-Software Clarizen or Service Now
  • Should be willing to learn Clarizen development in case only Service Now development experience is there
  • Analytical Mindset with good coding skills and logical skills to derive formulas and Queries.
  • Good to have experience in Salesforce configuration.
  • You should have excellent communications, interpersonal skills, and an ability to help customers find the right solution (not the obvious/easy one)

Your responsibilities

  • Drive Clarizen implementation, configuration, and serve as product expert, aiming to solve business challenges by optimizing the user experience with automation and a streamlined user experience in the solution
  • Configure custom fields and business process rules to systemize business processes, with as much automation to simplify the user experience
  • Create detailed technical specifications and partner with IT team on system integration requirements
  • Experience in Develop, define, and execute project plans, project scope, activities, schedules, budgets, and deliverables using Clarizen tool.
  • Implementation of portfolio management and project management processes on Clarizen cloud management tool
  • Identification of customization needs and management of its implementation
  • Configure user interface, reports and dashboards within the software
  • Partner with key stakeholders to optimize and develop Clarizen
  • Develop User Stories which will include configuration of settings, property card updates and basic workflows.
  • Ensure that User Stories are delivered to “In Test” in a timely manner.
  • Fix bugs reported through the Demand Management Process.
  • Support the Integration Lead with related configuration changes.
  • Maintain up to date knowledge of the capabilities in Clarizen One software.
