Your profile

  • Strong knowledge in ITIL4 based Process Definitions
  • Experience with supporting Service Owners on defining and developing services in an ITIL4 compliant way
  • Experience with providing guidance in any ITIL4 related topics within IT Infrastructure
  • Experience with documentation templates for IT Infrastructure processes and services
  • Critical thinking skills and ability to work under pressure
  • Organized approach to solve problem with good decision- making skills
  • Multi-tasking skills and ability to meet deadlines
  • Familiar with IT tools such as ServiceNow
  • Strong troubleshooting background, ability to resolve technical issues, keep track of issues, follow up with pending work and open cases and responsive to requests for problem solving
  • Good command of English communication (written/verbal)
  • Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations; Good organizational skills.
  • Co-ordinate and work-closely with other IT departments in Infrastructure or other areas across the globe

Your responsibilities

  • Ensure fitting of centrally defined (within IT CoE) Service Management Processes within IT Infrastructure to the ITIL4 Framework
  • Support Value Center-Heads, Service Bundle Owners and Service Owners in applying defined processes
  • Govern the execution and steer the continuous evolvement of Service Management Processes within IT Infrastructure
  • Monitor and measure defined ITSM process KPIs within IT Infrastructure
  • Ensure process-wise onboarding of new services into the existing process landscape
  • Support VC-Heads and Service Bundle owners in adjusting their service structure according to IT Infrastructure defined needs
