Your profile

  • Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in technology, computer science or equal, ideally with experience in project / service management
  • 5+ years of work experience in IT sector
  • Knowledge of Service Portfolio Management concept (ITIL / ITSM).
  • Good knowledge of some SPM tool (preferred ServiceNow).
  • Capable to interact and define requisites to technical & support tool team.
  • Previous experience as a Service Owner, Portfolio Manager or some IT Service related responsibility.
  • Be able to deliver in a self-managed environment.
  • Critical thinking to challenge the status quo.
  • Ability to communicate and establish good relationship with partners and customers.
  • Flexibility to handle activities in different time zones (when necessary).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products, including but not limited to Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills

Your responsibilities

  • Being an active member of SPM related to the tool discussion.
  • Support to Service Owners in the Service Transition activities.
  • Develop & Maintain simple, transparent and structured Service Portfolio Management tool.
  • Enable the management of an efficient service lifecycle.
  • Master data management.
  • Provide advanced support to tool usage.
  • Master Data quality assurance.
  • Responsible to prepare management reports related to service portfolio.
  • Representing SPM in the tool change board to discuss necessary changes.
  • Interaction with Service Owners/Portfolio Manager to define process and align activities.

The team of E&P (Excellence & Processes) is responsible for the Governance of the Service Portfolio. This responsibility includes processes design, tools assessment, communication, master data management and interaction with other service related areas like applications, infrastructure and finance. This role is part of this team, and it is an opportunity to develop a comprehensive view of the Service Portfolio Management, by performing different activities and interacting with different partners globally.
