As part of our SE IT Business Partner team, you are the link to our internal customers and external IT service providers. 
In this role, you will demonstrate your professional communication skills, creative thinking and diverse IT knowledge in solving complex challenges.

How You’ll Make an Impact 
  • Act as a trusted advocate of the business within the IT organization
  • Think SE Europe! Participate in relationships across the region to make the best of a European team
  • Consult and analyze business demands to ensure successful delivery on scope, budget and schedule
  • Review business processes and suggest improvements
  • Promote and conform to SE IT standards in infrastructure and software
  • Estimate resource requirements for work packages and project deliverables
  • Monitor progress and conduct monitoring meetings for business demands and projects
  • Identify and monitor project risks and implement risk management plans
  • Manage professional stakeholder communication
  • Support developments (e.g. RPA) according to the business requirements
  • Manage project scope and project change requests; appropriately control scope creep
  • Support change management as well as monitor and coordinate training
  • Local point of contact for IT management topics supporting SE IT EU TUS DE
  • Participate in the SE IT community to develop the regional team skills and culture
  • Understand the value-creating business processes and be involved in technical user support

What You Bring
  • Bachelor's degree in IT or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Longstanding experience in leading IT projects
  • Beneficial to be PM qualified / have experience of working with techniques and approaches related to infrastructure or application analysis and deployment
  • Experience in communicating to all levels of management and managing conflict and change
  • Strong interpersonal and excellent verbal and written communication skills 
  • Be a team player and be able to build consensus with others
  • Must be able to handle data confidentially 
  • Flexibility to travel (when needed)
  • Fluent in English and German written and spoken
