Your profile
• 2 - 4 years of experience in similar role
• Excellent communication, journalistic and interpersonal skills.
• Critical thinking skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Organized approach to solve problem with good decision- making skills.
• Multi-tasking skills and ability to meet deadlines.
• Familiar with IT tools such as Windows/Linux, MS Office, etc.
• Knowledgeable in MS Azure AD functionalities, especially in the area of
o Identity Governance and Management
o Azure Information Protection / Microsoft Info. Protection
o MCAS (Microsoft Cloud App Security)
o Security and Compliance
• Strong troubleshooting background, ability to resolve technical issues, keep track of issues, follow up with pending work and open cases and responsive to requests for problem solving.
• Good command of English communication (written/verbal).
• Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations; Good organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft O365 Tools.
• Programming skills (mainly PowerShell) are beneficial.
• Good knowledge in ITIL and IT security
• Co-ordinate and work-closely with other IT departments in Infrastructure or other areas across the globe
Your responsibilities
• Performs a broad range of IT operations (including software installation and integration, update and release management, application customizing, change request evaluation and implementation, etc.) to ensure that given IT operations of application landscapes are kept available to the business.
• Supports customization and facilitates IT operations and maintenance processes.
• Implements programs and procedures for safeguarding data/information security and safety.
• Executes and/or organizes relevant testing.
• Designs and documents existing and changed IT operational processes.
• Develops necessary service levels in order to fulfill business requirements.
• Performs 2nd-level user help desk activities, individual coaching and trainings.
• Resolve service incidents and requests according to SLA’s
• Participate in on-call service.
• Working with different geographies across different time zones to execute responsibilities.
