Your profile

  • Minimum 5 years of technical-sales and commercial experience in O&G, preferably in the FPSO market
  • Strong commercial and technical acumen, with experience in scouting and developing deals.
  • Experience and expertise in gas turbines, compressors and steam cycle
  • Broad knowledge in the design concept of FPSO processes and ability to delight customers with the most efficient solution and equipment configuration and cost-effective total cost of ownership.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and diligence in ensuring data accuracy and completeness.

Your responsibilities

  • Develop and implement hub sales strategy for the region FPSO market with the Div sales team
  • Collaborate with Div sales team to drive early engagement and a clear win strategy
  • Own deep understanding of FPSO market and competitive positioning
  • Ensure SE is favorably positioned to win before firm or detailed RFQ stage. Drive outcomes such as sole source, spec-in, win-win with end client and EPCs
  • Work with Div sales to prepare budgetary quotations by clearly articulating SE value proposition vs the competition
  • Develop opportunity in the different sales stages i.e. conduct and lead PM10, drive lead management and opportunity development to PM20
  • Support deals until closure by guiding the Div sales and proposal teams;
  • Develop new growth areas beyond our conventional product offers in the FPSO market to increase the business opportunities and pipeline of SE
  • Steer the organization from product to solution-based offer by developing a process/solution-driven mindset in the team
