A Snapshot of Your Day

As a Mechanical Building Services Engineer you will be part of the Engineering Mechanical Team and will manage projects with full responsibility for design and execution of Heating Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVA/C) in different portfolio worldwide and strategic Projects. 

How You'll Make an Impact

• Responsible for the technical design of the mechanical building services (heating, air conditioning, ventilation, refrigeration systems) of various large international projects.
• Taking customer specifications and country-specific standards into account in cooperation with national subsidiaries and local planning offices and authorities.
• Preparation of Relevant Project documentation as for example technical specifications, concept plans, service descriptions, based on project requirements.
• Managing basic and detail planning and execution services by reviewing, coordinating and controlling external engineering and execution companies.
• Perform professional and technical negotiations with customers, specialist planners and suppliers.
• Responsible for the coordination/clarification of interfaces with the project participants, other disciplines (internal and external).
• Support from office of construction site supervision during the execution phase.

What You Bring

• Successfully completed university studies in the field of supply engineering, process engineering, mechanical engineering, environmental and energy.
• Demonstrated experience of several years of professional experience in the planning and execution of technical building equipment (mechanical).
• Knowledge in HVA/C standards
• Knowledge of project management and control
• Team Player, communicative and open to learning as well as initiative, motivation, result orientation and enthusiasm
• Business English language level. Other languages are an advantage
