PROJECT MANAGER – Service automation systems

Your profile

  • Professional with at least 3 years of successful experience in the same position as Project Manager;
  • Proven experience in automation systems and power plant architectures in the Energy Sector.
  • Strong orientation to reach the targets and to customer service, initiative, autonomy, and passion to work in team
  • Technical skills and ability to analyze technical specifications; knowledge of sales techniques, to develop commercial relations are a plus

Nice to have

  • Project management certification will be a plus.
  • International experiences in automation/energy sector are a plus
  • The Knowledge of Siemens and Siemens Energy components and systems are a plus.

Your responsibilities

  • Profit and Loss liability; defining project execution strategies (resource planning, risk analysis and its management), in line with Head of Service Management and ensuring their implementation, as well as identifying solution approaches and integrating diverse objectives to achieve the contracts targets;
  • Establishing proper project execution activities to maintain the key figures in terms of time, cost/deliverable and quality and analyzing scope of supply and customer contract agreements;
  • Identifying risks, opportunities and their management throughout the project execution phase and transfer all the lesson learned to the involved persons into the organization;
  • Defining internal indicators for project controlling and compiling all relevant information to keep all project participants and internal stakeholder up to date with the latest information (e.g. updated contractual conditions, risk & opportunities, progress)
  • Guarantee the compliance to all safety standard specifically to law 81/08
  • Preempts potential problem and provides effective solutions in reaction to application of concepts, techniques, knowledge or processes. Design opportunities for continuous contract improvement
  • Maintain good relationships with customers and other internal and external stakeholders
