Your profile

  • Degree in Accounting, Economics, Computer Science, Computer engineering Information Technology;

  • At least 3 years experience in Accounting, P2P and O2C processes, P2P and O2C closing, ideally in Shared Services environment.

  • Strong critical thinking, problem solving and efficient communication skills, team player, initiative and proactivity;

  • Able to work in a changing environment, to learn on the job;

  • Fluent in English (mandatory) and one other language (preferred Portuguese);

  • Strong Microsoft Office 365 skills, Sharepoint, Kofax Process Director solutions or similar (must have).

Your responsibilities

In your role as Finance Project Manager for Projects & Systems team you:

  • Responsible for governance of financial processes, systems and tools;

  • Driver for process automation, KPIs follow up and implementation of process improvement measures;

  • Demand Manager and interface between Accounting/Controlling, Digitalization owners and IT;

  • Provide support and maintain effective communication with internal and external partners like GBS, local management, headquarters and other departments;

  • Provide a creative source of ideas/solutions to address problems;

  • Handle multiple projects and technical tasks at any point of time;
