Your profile

  • University degree in Economics or similar field
  • Analytical thinking, attention to details and quality
  • Experience in financial execution of service orders and basic controlling
  • Value Flow, IFRS requirements – basic knowledge
  • Experienced user of Microsoft Office applications and SAP
  • Advanced communication skills and ability to work and connect in a remote team
  • English language knowledge on a business conversational level is a must

Your responsibilities

  • Commercial management of internal Service Level Agreements: Setting up service level agreements according to applicable tax requirements including invoicing, administration, cost controlling
  • Commercial administration and support for Field Service activities (internal contracts and tax assessment/compliance)
  • Commercial management of service orders with the aim of timely execution of the orders in the given time, budget and quality framework, in line with the regulatory framework
  • Invoicing of spare parts orders: ensure prerequisites for invoicing (e.g. dispatch notes). Invoicing including forwarding to customer
  • Processing of web cycles for supplier invoices: Booking of goods receipt, confirmation of delivery / performance, e.g. via shipping note or time sheets
  • Invoicing of service orders based on time and material / hourly rates
  • Support on accounts receivable management
